The new course of study in Sustainable Design for the Food System was born, starting from the next academic year. The aim of the course is to train “food professionals”, engineers and researchers capable of systemically and proactively addressing the needs of the production world with a view to economic and environmental sustainability. A project that looks to the future and aims to strengthen the dialogue between two territories recognized as Unesco Creative Cities, Parma and Turin.
