Almost at the end of this last month of summer, before long, everyone will get back to their own routine. Many news on the return of the holidays including a series of possible new rules for the use of electric scooters. Before the pandemic they seemed like alien objects to us, but now the way we move around our cities has changed. Parked next to cars or darting through traffic are still an integral part of mobility.
