SOLIDARITY

In this last year many restaurants have united with a common purpose, that of cooking for the most needy from the trattoria to the starred. The common denominator is that of solidarity, expressed through the preparation of meals, in accordance with the realities of popular distribution, at a time when the need for the weaker categories has grown considerably. 35,000 meals have been prepared in a city like Turin alone, but the project is much more ambitious, to make the “human zero km” a common trait and, if possible, a model to be copied.
